Dianne’s Biography
Meet Dianne Capoccia, one of Ohio’s fine realistic artists. Her charming use of color
splashes a delectable freshness throughout her style. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine
Arts from The Ohio State University and continued her education at Capital University under
Michael McEwan. Dianne also studied plein air and oil painting under the Ohio impressionist
painter Mark Gingerich. She is accomplished in oil and acrylic.
Dianne has been an active member of the Ohio Plein Air Society, and is now a member of the
Westerville and Worthington Art Leagues. Her pieces have been exhibited in a variety of
locations around the Columbus in the past and now the are on display in her home by
appointment. From her Westerville home studio she holds weekly art classes for school-age
children. Dianne also serves local retirement facilities as a traveling art teacher.
